Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within the period of 5 business days after date of purchase.
In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information.
We DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
1-product not-as-described: service that was purchased is not the same as has been described on the
website or by the SUPPORT OPERATOR. A request based on that reason is an severance of agreement between both parties,
because of the seller’s fault or technical issue
2-grave difficulties of using the pogads.com : if there are no way to use the product and support centre is not able to help answering
to relevant questions and providing tutorials to the customer.
No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and software development)
if provided services meet predefined specifications.
